What is Corporate Housing?

A corporate apartment is a fully furnished apartment without the commitment of a year-long lease which rental buildings require. Cornerstone Furnished Solutions provides fully furnished temporary housing for any number of reasons including: business travelers, human resource/relocation departments, military assignments, government personnel and vacation travelers. We also work closely with the insurance industry to accommodate displaced homeowners in need of temporary furnished housing. Whatever your need may be, we can help!

Corporate Housing vs Staying At A Hotel?

As opposed to staying at a hotel, corporate housing enables you to stay in a fully furnished full-sized apartment that you can really call home. You can set-up temporary residence and receive mail at this location, and truly call your corporate apartment your "home away from home". You will have a full-sized kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave and stove, and a full-size washer/dryer in all of our apartments. Plus, you get to enjoy all of the resort style amenities which include: pools, clubrooms, fitness centers, business centers and so much more.

What is the minimum stay?

Most locations have a 30-day minimum length of stay, after the initial 30 days you can stay as long as you like. In addition, if you depart mid-month, you will only be charged for the additional days you stay (not the entire month). Once past the initial 30 days, we work around your schedule!

Do I Get To Bring Milo And Whiskers?

Absolutely! We offer pet friendly properties in every city. While all of our rental properties are pet friendly, some do have breed restrictions, weight limits, and require an additional pet deposit and/or fee.

How Do I Pay?

Cornerstone Furnished Solutions accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payment is due prior to arrival for your 1st month's stay.

What Is Included?

From the moment you walk in the door of one of our luxury furnished apartments, you'll feel right at home. Our apartments are stocked with all kitchen essentials, linens, bed and bath essentials, and home electronics. We also include cable, secured Hi-Speed internet, phone with local and long distance service, electricity, gas, water and access to all building amenities. Which Amenities Are Included?

Amenities vary from building to building but you will find they all include beautiful resort pool areas, fitness centers, business centers, resident lounges, grill areas, pet walk areas, and much more.

How Do I Get Keys And Check in?

Once your reservation is confirmed we will send you your address and easy directions from the airport or major highway. We also offer after-hours check-in via a lock box at most properties.

What Are The Check-in And Check-out Times?

Typically check in is at 2pm and check out is at 11am.

Do you lease to individuals and corporations?

Cornerstone leases to all people who are in need of short term furnished housing: business travelers, human resource/relocation departments, government personnel, and vacation travelers. We also serve the insurance industry for displaced home owners in need of temporary furnished housing.

Are Your Apartments Non-Smoking?

Yes. All of our luxury apartments are non-smoking as well as many of the apartment communities. Some communities are "green" properties and smoke-free: meaning, you cannot smoke on-site anywhere. Be sure and ask when making a reservation.
